We will care for your loved one while you are at work or need to take time away.
If you are taking care of your loved one at home, we understand you want the very best for them while you are away. Pathstone Day Living cares for adults with Alzheimer's, chronic illness, and developmental disabilities. It's a great place for socialization.

What exactly is Adult Day Care?
Ecumen Pathstone Adult Day Care; cares for adults with all kinds of needs including, but not limited to, persons with dementia, chronic illness and developmental disabilities. Pathstone Day Living supports the whole person ~ providing physical, social and spiritual care. We engage our clients in a safe and secure setting during week day hours. Meaningful activities are a big part of the day and range from exercising to reminiscing. Nutritious meals and snacks are served. Extensive health and personal care services are available, including medication administration, bathing, incontinence care, health monitoring or foot care.

Whole-Person Care.
We care for the whole person - providing physical, social and spiritual care. Non-denominational worship services and Catholic Communion are available for those who choose. At Pathstone Day Living, we are proud to create an environment that embraces the whole person and respects and honors their individuality.

Hours: Open Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Fees: Pathstone Day Living fees are based on an hourly rate. Funding is available to qualified individuals through the Alternative Care Grant, Elderly Waiver and Veterans' Administration.
