Pathstone Crossing - Assisted Living
Located on beautiful Sibley Park, Pathstone Crossing offers a charming, vibrant community set between Sibley Park and the Minnesota River. The beautiful campus, also hosts Pathstone Lutheran Home, Pathstone Home Services, and Pathstone Way, which provides memory care. Within walking distance are a large chapel, and a Café open to residents, guests and the public.

Pathstone Lutheran Home - Care Center
Pathstone Lutheran Home is the care center on the Pathstone Living campus. Pathstone Lutheran Home specializes in both extended care and short-term rehabilitation. At Pathstone Lutheran Home, we create home for our residents, providing them with choices that enable them to live fuller, richer lives doing the things they enjoy most in life.

Pathstone Bridge - Short Term Rehabilitation Center
The short-term, in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation center at Pathstone Living, is designed to help people rest and rehabilitate after surgery and hospitalization. The center is part of Pathstone Living, the care center that has built an outstanding reputation for excellence in care. Pathstone Living has been the leader in serving older adults in the Mankato community for over 70 years.

Pathstone Way - Memory Care
Pathstone Way is a distinct memory care household that opened in 2007. This beautiful household offers tailored living to those with Alzheimer's and related memory care needs. Each resident has a private suite with bedroom and bathroom. The layout provides the optimal balance of independence, safety and security.

Pathstone Day Living - Adult Day Services
Pathstone Day Living offers adults, 18 years and older, a unique place to participate in daily life. We engage our clients in a safe and secure setting during weekday hours. Meaningful activities are a big part of the day and range from exercise to reminiscing. Nutritious meals and snacks are served. Extensive health and personal care services are available, including medication administration, health monitoring, incontinence care, bathing, and foot care.

At Pathstone Living, we are committed to using innovative technology to enhance the lives and independence of the people we serve.  These personal technologies are available to seniors living in their own homes.
MedSmart^®
MedSmart - Automatic Medication Dispenser,is a safe, convenient and automated solution that organizes, reminds and dispenses medications so they are taken properly and on-time.

Spiritual Care
Pathstone Living is proud of its faith-based, non-profit mission. Our residents, clients, families and staff take comfort in knowing that Pathstone is unique among area senior residences to have a mission with a spiritual focus that includes the whole person - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Pathstone Living's chaplaincy services help meet a person's individual spiritual needs.

Ecumen Pathstone Store
The Ecumen Pathstone Store is an accredited Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider for the elderly and disabled. Our goal is to be a convenient cost effective vendor of choice when purchasing home medical equipment or supplies.

Pathstone Cafe
Pathstone Café is located in the lobby of Pathstone Living. The Café is open daily to residents and the public, serving fresh sandwiches, soups, pastries and freshly ground gourmet coffee. It's the perfect place to join friends.

Catering with a Flare for the Unique
Pathstone Living's dining services present full service catering for events - large and small. From large weddings, graduations, anniversaries, business meetings, to a simple bridal shower, let Gourmet Apron help your event be the experience you imagined.
